Roast turkey tastes better with some turkey gravy. This quick and easy turkey gravy recipe will show you how to make your own turkey gravy faster.

Quick and Easy Turkey Gravy Recipe

This turkey gravy recipe leverages on the natural turkey flavor coming from the pan drippings of your roast turkey. We will also be using chicken broth, butter, and some AP flour to thicken the gravy. If you love the taste of giblets, feel free to add them, otherwise the ingredients in this recipe is all that you will need.

I started up by scraping the drippings from the roasting pan. Try using a silicon spatula to prevent the pan from being damaged. The pan drippings need to be mixed with chicken broth. I do this by combining the two ingredients in a pan and bringing them to a boil. Gravy is best when it tastes buttery. This is the reason why I used butter in this recipe.

The AP flour is the thickening agent of the gravy. You will need to heat the butter and gradually mix the flour while continuously stirring. This will form a thick mixture that you need to cook until the color turns light brown before adding the broth. That’s about it. You will enjoy your turkey gravy in no time.

Try this Turkey Gravy Recipe and let me know what you think.
